Flying to VailTwo airports service Vail: Eagle County Airport, which is 30 miles from Vail, and Denver International Airport, 110 miles to the east. Denver International Airport is a major hub of travel, including international travel, and is serviced by almost all major airlines. We recommend flying into Denver International Airport, both because service to Eagle County Airport is limited during Sirens (and can be very expensive) and because flying into Denver will help you acclimate to the weather, altitude, and low humidity.Flying to Vail - Sirens Shuttle - Commercial Shuttle Services - Bus and Rail Service - Rental Cars - Driving Directions
Sirens ShuttleIt can cost more than $200 round-trip to take a commercial shuttle from Denver International Airport to Vail, and as much or more to rent and park a car. We can do better than that! We've found a way to get you from the airport to Vail and back for about half the pricewith the chance to meet attendees along the way.The Sirens Shuttle costs $95 round-trip. A shuttle will leave Denver International Airport at 3:30 p.m. on both Wednesday, October 6 and Thursday, October 7; the return trip for all shuttle-riders will depart Vail at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 10. Because of travel time, and to leave room for error, we recommend that you arrive in Denver no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 6 or October 7, and depart no earlier than 3:30 p.m. on October 10. To purchase a shuttle ticket, please include it in your registration purchase, or change your registration to add it. Please note that a minimum of ten people must sign up for each shuttle, or we will not be able to offer that service. Please purchase your shuttle ticket now. If we are not able to offer the shuttle, we will refund your money; if we have enough people sign up for the shuttle to offer it definitely, we will e-mail all ticket holders.
